Commercial Property Income Surveys


These surveys help our office develop fair and equitable property values for El Paso County commercial properties. This data will provide a more current and up to date view of our commercial real estate market. The completion of this survey is very helpful to our office and its ability to determine what economic impacts are taking place. Information obtained in this survey is strictly confidential and will remain in our office. The data will only be used in statistical analysis to collect income and expense information on income producing properties and assists in valuing these properties based on local information. This information is not used on an individual property basis but is used in conjunction with the other similar businesses to arrive at typical income and expenses for your property type. We have also included a Economic Conditions Supplemental Survey. This survey will allow us to better understand the current conditions. Please take a minute to thoroughly complete the survey.
