Due to increasing concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in an effort to be pro-active, the El Paso County Assessor’s Office will close its doors beginning Wednesday, March 18th. Until further notice, business will be conducted via telephone, email, fax and USPS. At this time of uncertainty, this is a precautionary measure taken to help prevent any spread of the virus in the workplace. Below is a list of contact information for our office:

The 2020 Personal Property Declaration Schedule filing deadline of April 15 has been extended to August 1. In addition, all

penalties and possible arbitrary assessments have been waived for County businesses.
