The Assessor data below is provided as a public courtesy. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the data's accuracy. However, the data should be considered only as "best information available." Updates to the Assessor's database happen continually; these files are intended to represent snapshots of information on record with the Assessor's Office at the time of each file's creation.

This parcel data-set represents the primary data for each real property parcel in El Paso County to include Ownership, Land Use, Improvement Use, and Value. The data-set is updated weekly with the file creation date included as one of the file's fields. Please see the file layout for included data descriptions and formats.

These sale data-sets represent the sale data from the identified time periods for real property parcels in El Paso County. Updates are made to these files when the Deeds for the preceding Month have been entered in the Assessor's database, which generally takes a few weeks. More specific customized lists are available by contacting the Assessor's Office.

These Re-Appraisal sale data-sets represent the sale data used in the reappraisal of real property parcels in El Paso County. The sales collection period for 2017 includes the twenty-four months between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2016. These files are updated for each reappraisal year.

The Assessor's Office is required to provide certified values to each Taxing Entity within the County twice a year: premilinary notices are sent in August and final notices are sent in November. The State of Colorado's Division of Local Affairs DLG-57 form is part of the information sent to each Tax Entity to meet this obligation.
